Our client is looking for their next Retail Assistant Manager to join their already successful team. Do you love providing exceptional customer service and leading and mentoring your team? Are you looking for a PPT role where you can have a work life balance?


About the Role


You will be required to bring your passion for furniture and bedding, an amazing level of customer service and previous experience in achieving sales to this role.

You will understand the impact styling a home can have on the feel and warmth of the interiors, and will be passionate about suggesting amazing ideas to your clients

Impressing your customers with your quality product knowledge and expertise, you love to bring home the sales. You believe in good old fashioned customer service but can turn up the pace when it is required.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar management role
  • Attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • A real passion for home and bedroom interiors sales
  • Must be a team player

  • Ability to lift and manoeuvre larger items
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in bedding will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience in managing a team of 4
  • Previous experience in achieving KPI's & sales targets
