Exciting opportunity work for 3 x Care Managers to join a leading Aged Care provider in a highly rewarding role at their brand new site in Sunshine Beach Queensland.
This new facility adapts a household model of care which puts the residents first and is really unique to the area.
Role requirements;
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Management position within Aged Care
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation process
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- High level leadership capabilities to grow and develop the team
- Positive attitude to implement this exciting new model
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to effectively discuss and oversee budgets
- Clinical background of Registered Nurse
