The role of Service Team Leader will provide professional leadership and support to all internal/external stakeholders.

To lead a team of valve and instruments technicians adhering to QA and safety procedures both onsite and within our workshop.


Responsibilities:


  • Management of our QLDbased Service personnel across all aspects of the clients Product Assembly, Testing and Repair.
  • Show and install a highlevel Health and Safety, Quantity Control adhering to Policies and Procedures.
  • Regulator and Control Valve Assembly and Testing, as well as Overhaul and Repair.
  • Pressure Instrument and Temperature Instrument Calibration, Testing and Repair.
  • Safety Valve Assembly and Testing, as well as Overhaul and Repair.
  • Level Instrument Calibration, Testing and Repair.
  • Field testing and overhaul of safety Relief Valves.
  • Field Service Work for all of our Products and management of all Service Reports.
  • Project Documentation, including Test Reports, alongside any other responsibilities that may be entrusted to you throughout site service work or day to workshop activities.
  • Provide a high level of technical support to external customers.
  • Identify opportunities maximising revenue of service, spare parts and replacement valves and instruments.
  • Promote products maximising sale opportunities inturn growing the business.
  • Maintain professional and friendly relationship between external and internal stakeholder.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses in a professional manner;
  • Liaise with all stakeholders in coordination of valves and instrumentation servicing.
  • Reporting to management the status of the project, work based on the priority, and manufacturing lead time for the Product to external customers.
  • Ensuring commercial and technical correctness in compliance to standards & guidelines.
  • Assist all staff to bring a harmonious and transparent working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as nominated by Management.

Job Requirements:


  • Possessing a strong knowledge of Valves and Instruments.
- being competence in fault finding and problem resolution with the ability demonstrate understanding of our clienteles' requirements and needs.

  • Experience as an Instrument technician, Service Technician within the valve and instrument industry.
  • Have the ability to travel interstate or internationally for training and/or field work.
