    They are looking for an experienced administrator, to join their close knit team as a Property Administrator. This role would suit someone with an interest in pursuing a career within commercial property management.

    Key Responsibilities Would Include

    • Supporting the financial reporting on the portfolio
    • Invoicing and accounts
    • Coordinating maintenance
    • Liaison between landlords and tenants
    • Leasing administration
    • Compliance administration
    • General administration support

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Previous experience within real estate or property desirable
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Be financially astute with good attention to detail
    • Enjoy problem solving
    • Be highly organised and admin savvy
    • Maintain a high level of presentation
