The Tradelink Opportunity


As the Receptionist at our Head Office, you will be the friendly face and voice of Tradelink, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all visitors and callers have a positive and welcoming experience.

You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, suppliers, and internal team members, making your role essential to our company's success.

This is a

Part-time permanent position, 9am-2pm, Monday to Friday.

As a receptionist your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Managing inquiries and addressing customer needs.
  • Coordinating our meeting room calendars to ensure no double bookings occur.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and boardrooms/kitchen.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting various teams as needed.

  • Strong organizational abilities and the capability to multitask efficiently.
  • A proactive and problemsolving attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
