YOUR NEW ROLE


Champion and support effective risk management and control assurance across all business streams of the Opera House as part of the Enterprise Risk and Program Management function.

Build capability with appropriate tools and training to establish effective risk management as part of standard business practice, supporting a culture of ownership rather than compliance.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Business management, risk management, other relevant discipline) or equivalent experience.
  • Sound knowledge of best practice risk management standards, principles, and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated risk management experience, with expertise in operational and reputation risk management strategies.
  • Substantial relationship management ability/experience, including interpersonal and influencing skills and experience to work productively with senior manager to achieve improved organisational outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills including report writing and presentation skills/experience.
  • Information management and documentation skills and experience.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
