As Service Delivery Officer, you will:
The positions will be responsible for a coordination of the seniors expos, liaising with external stakeholders both internal and external to ensure the successful delivery of both programs, managing work flow in the teams, providing customer support in a SME capacity, working within the parameters of eligibility framework to make informed and consistent decisions, assisting the program owners with ministerial enquiries and assisting businesses and affiliates to join the schemes
