As the Partnership Engagement and Solutions Manager you will:

  • Develop and deliver a program of work aligned to the Smart Service Strategic Plan and Directions to meet business objectives and performance targets
  • Oversee the delivery of partner service design and service improvement, using Human Centred Design approaches, across the breadth of Smart Service's products and channels including new business opportunities, campaigns, disaster responses, improvements, and change requests
  • Provide strategic leadership within the Branch to identify business improvement opportunities and opportunities to improve the customer experience with new and existing Smart Service Queensland partners.
  • Liaise and collaborate with partner agencies and internal stakeholders regarding management of new business opportunities, campaigns, disaster responses, improvements, and change requests across all service delivery channels, including digital channels.
  • Monitor, review and report on customer experience and service performance to partners through analysis of processes and strong relationship management skills.
  • Provide advice to the Smart Service Queensland Leadership Team regarding service solution progress, risks, opportunities, organisational capability, operations and continuous improvement
  • Lead communications with partners on Smart Service Queensland multichannel service delivery capabilities through a variety of events, forums across government and industry.
  • Work to ensure our service design and delivery aligns with Whole of Government direction and objectives.
  • Manage resources including budget, delegation of work to achieve client agency service levels, performance targets and Smart Service Queensland's business objectives
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team with core capabilities in human centred design, relationship management and service management, including recruitment and selection, coaching and development of staff, and succession planning to achieve established outcomes for the group.


Please note this role will be required to form part of the SSQ disaster response team as required and will involve being on-call and after-hours work as required.
