Role and Company

Our client is seeking multiple highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join their team as a Customer Service Representatives within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to their valued clients and their families, ensuring they receive the support and assistance they need to thrive.


  • These positions will be a minimum 3month temporary contract with the opportunity for extension._

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about NDIS services, policies, and procedures professionally and courteously.
  • Address and resolve client complaints or issues using effective communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with NDIS guidelines and policies to provide accurate and current information to clients.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service, Contact centre, retail or hospitality experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain client privacy.
