Melbourne's CBD, you'll find yourself amongst a supportive and inclusive team, assisting their members with any enquiries regarding their membership.

As a

Member Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for their members and responsible for managing member relationships, attending to enquiries about their membership and related products and services, and assisting with the onboarding of new members.

About the role:

Fulltime permanent position
Salary: $58, ,000 + super (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm

Hybrid position, flexibility to work from their
East Melbourne office as well as to work from home a 1-2 days a week

What we're looking for:

Relevant experience in customer service, call centre, reception, sales, or account management
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must
Comfortable using MS Office and a customer database/CRM system
Confident decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask in a complex, fastpaced environment
Attention to detail and ability to negotiate
