This is an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition specialist to join this busy, CBD located, healthcare business. The role will involve end to end recruitment of variety of roles, from volume and more specialised roles.

They are busy roles so require high attention to detail and would appeal to any recruiters looking to join a high performing recruitment team to deliver a high level of service to key stakeholders.

Main responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders for End to End Recruitment for volume and specialised roles
Liaise with hiring managers to build a strong understanding of their recruitment needs and confirm delivery timeframes
Create advertisements for recruitment platforms and manage the response to ensure best experience for applicants
Workforce planning with existing staff to ensure opportunities are offered to internal then work with database and external agencies to source best options

What you need to bring to the role;

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Solid background in recruitment / talent acquisition, either agency or internal ideally within healthcare, retail or hospitality but not essential
Proven experience working within fast paced, high volume recruitment projects
Solution focused and driven to get results for all stakeholders
Desire to offer the best experience for both applicants and business partners
