ABOUT THE ROLE

The
Educational Quality Specialist is responsible for providing specialised educational coaching and support to Skills Teams and TAFE NSW's educational initiatives to deliver personalised learning and case management advice, additional support services, and to harness industry expertise to assist in learner retention.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Appropriate Degree or Diploma at AQF levels 5-8 or equivalent and appropriate vocational and or industrial experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the VET environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in advisory roles in dynamic and complex environments, specifically providing advice, assistance and support to management on student learning programs, educational assurance and initiatives.
  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills across a range of customer groups with diverse specialties.
  • Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description
