THE OPPORTUNITY
The Application Analyst is responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of large, complex corporate systems that facilitate the achievement of the Department's core business through the use of process and technology.
ABOUT YOU
You'll be able to balance duties in a setting with many stakeholders and constrained time constraints because you're a multitasker.
You'll be able to keep up with industry trends, data programming languages, and related technologies in a setting that is rapidly changing, and you'll pay close attention to detail when it comes to promptly escalating risks or problems that could have an impact on service delivery, product development, or product testing.
In addition, you will have the following:
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Ability to analyse and translate user requirements into computer based programs and systems.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles and frameworks including ITIL, process tools, frameworks, and best practice methods.
- Ability to adhere to a quality management system and formal methodologies.
