- By maintaining a broad network of existing and prospective client relationships and industry partners, you will lead complex sales opportunities and contract negotiations and develop multifaceted pricing and packaging proposals and sales channel approaches.
- As a primary sales point of contact you will manage the sales process including proposal (RFI/RFP) responses, communication, and results.
- Drive lead generation activities to grow sales pipeline for assigned territory and perform market and competitive research to contribute to client specific sales strategies and proposals that address the specific needs of the client organisation.
- Support contract negotiations and lead pipeline and forecast to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota.
- Most meaningfully you will broaden Oracle Consulting's growth potential in ANZ by working with a diverse team business developers and solution teams and provide expertise on the development of sales strategies that anticipate trends and the changing market environment.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organisational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- At least 5 years of experience of complex services sales in Healthcare IT or managed services field.
- At least 5 years of sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
- Strong communication and sales acumen related to healthcare IT services sales.
