**About the role: Wesfarmers Health invites you to be a part of our dynamic Merchandise Team at the new Docklands Support Office. As the Trade Planning & Promotions Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with Category teams and Banner Brands functions, contributing to the planning and execution of promotions enjoyed by millions of Australian customers weekly. **What you'll do: - Coordinate planning and execution of promotions and key trade activities

Communicate promotional advice to the store network in alignment with the trade and promotions program
Manage Catalogue briefs in collaboration with the marketing team
Ensure accurate entry of promotional offers and pricing into SAP systems
Provide feedback and support to the Merchandise Team for precise submissions of offers
Conduct timely catalogue compliance proof checks
Maintain highstandard, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor creation of Promotional and Seasonal Claims, Condition Contracts, and store rebates
Assist in Promotional and Pricing Compliance reporting and validation

**What you'll bring: - Proven grasp of retail metrics and sales drivers

Basic familiarity with SAP systems
Demonstrated ability to achieve accurate, efficient, and timely outcomes
Outstanding communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Excellent organisational, attention to detail, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities
Previous experience in corporate retail or the pharmacy industry is preferred but not essential
Preferred understanding of retail and financial terminology and processes
Proven strong computer literacy in

Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
