As a Systems Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting the Talent Team by managing the day-to-day calls and BAU activities for the Talent Helpdesk (Service Desk).


You'll be triaging requests and calls to the helpdesk, projecting work involvement in various technology areas, and creating documentation where needed.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Responding to firstlevel queries for the Service Desk.
  • Managing vendor escalation.
  • Proactive system maintenance.
  • Maintaining & administering the following areas:
  • Exchange On-Line/Office365 Tenancy
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Desktop (laptops, virtual machines)
  • Hardware support (laptops, iPads, mobile phones)
  • Networking (including WIFI)
  • Telephony and mobile device experience
  • Antivirus / Antimalware experience
  • Windows Server (Iaas)
  • Backup Systems (Shadow Protect)
  • ManageEngine Suite
  • 8x8 phone system

Qualifications:


  • Experience in helpdesk in a level 1 role (level 2 experience would be a plus)
  • Sound knowledge of O365, Windows, and networking
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisation skills
  • Collaborative team player with good communication skills
  • Desirable knowledge of ITIL4 Foundations
