Our Client
Our client is a leading, well established national Financial Services organisation specialising in Financial Planning and Advisory services.

They are a collaborative team that enjoy seeing the success of their clients, whilst supporting and developing their own team.


The Role
Supporting a team of Advisors, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks from Client Service to Administration.

Further you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver a high level of service to Clients & Stakeholders
  • Onboarding new Clients and assisting Advisors with client maintenance
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Keep abreast of financial markets and industry trends
  • Prepare and complete documentation for reporting

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working in Banking or within Financial Services
  • Completed Tertiary qualified in Economics, Commerce or similar
  • Salesforce & Xplan experience would be ideal
