As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the lifeline for our clients, providing top-notch service, fortifying relationships, and unveiling new sales opportunities.

What You'll Do:


  • Foster and manage customer relationships with clients
  • Identify and seize new sales opportunities
  • Renew and negotiate customer contracts, maintaining and growing existing business
  • Tackle customer service challenges with smart, effective solutions

What We Expect from You:


  • 24 years of experience in customer service or key account management
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Superior negotiation skills, with a customer service orientation
  • Sound understanding of the freight forwarding industry and relevant legislation
  • Ability to adapt quickly, keeping a firm focus on targets and results
  • Tertiary studies in a related discipline (International Trade, Business, MBA) are a plus
