Airfreight Implant Coordinator at

Role Highlights

Act as the central point of contact for all key stakeholders regarding worldwide shipments to ensure customer requirements are met
Manage import collections and actively follow up any missing documentation
Coordinate all Air-OnGround (AOG) jobs, both inbound and outbound, and facilitate communication during critical events
Ensure any delays or delivery changes are communicated efficiently
We're looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with relevant experience in the freight forwarding space.
You will need to be tech savvy with MS Office (MS Word, Excel etc.), and have the motivation to learn new systems and processes.
