Our Federal Government Client is seeking a _Platform Tech Lead - Multiple_


This is an intial 12 months contract with 1 X 12 months extension option, located at the client's _National Office in Canberra_.


  • Lead and manage development teams within a dynamic environment, driving platform enhancements and improvements.
  • Follow Agile Scrum methodologies for all software development projects.
  • Liaise between technical and business teams, resolving issues in production and development systems.
  • Track and communicate sprint progress, ensuring system showcases to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve organizational roadblocks, facilitating development across stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate within an Agile environment using SAFe methodologies.
To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, adept in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Backend development proficiency in web API and SQL technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in technical analysis, design, and agile methodologies.
  • Capability to manage staff, encourage career development, and ensure timely, quality results.
  • Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.

It is desirable if you have:

  • Relevant IT qualifications and cloud certifications.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365, IT frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF), and Commonwealth ICT frameworks.
  • Willingness to undergo security vetting at the Negative Vetting NV1 level.
