About the role:

Based at our Hemmant site, we are seeking to add a Recycling Operator to our diverse team. In this role you will be responsible for operating equipment - such as forklifts and front end loaders
- within our facility to ensure efficient recycling operations. Additionally you will assist with loading and unloading trucks/containers, and when required, assist on the sorting line. This role is a foot in the door to the waste industry and can lead to an amazing and stable career within an essential service.


About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Ability to work full time with 0530am starts, Monday-Friday in Hemmant
  • Forklift license
  • Zero Harm Safety mindset
  • Willingness to take a Preemployment medical, including drug and alcohol test


Waste industry experience is not essential, however possessing a good attitude, being reliable and having a willingness to learn is.

This role is hugely important to our sustainability vision and is core to our success as a business.
