With our state-of-the-art equipment, we can effectively remove dirt, oils, grease, and other unwanted materials from your tools and equipment.

We take care of collecting, storing, and disposing of these contaminants, ensuring a safe and responsible cleaning process.

Our range of services includes the sales and leasing of parts washers, hot tanks, solvent sinks, spray gun cleaners, and spill kits.

We also provide waste management solutions such as the collection of waste rags and oil filters, as well as the sales and collection of solvents for cleaning.


Your new role

  • Make sure we exceed client expectations and stay within job forecasts while following company procedures and systems.
  • Boost team morale, create a safe work environment, and develop a customerfocused mindset among our staff.
  • Lead a diverse team of employees, delegate tasks, and ensure everyone follows the company's HSE procedures and Home Safe Standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train our Operations team members to help them reach their full potential.
  • Maximize our site's resources, including personnel, plant and equipment, and fleet, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee our warehouse and maintain accurate stock and inventory records for both CES and Spill kits.
  • Support the scheduler in organizing driver schedules to improve productivity and customer service.
  • Manage and coordinate Spill kits orders and inventory while driving growth in this area.
  • Improve our operational, customer, and commercial metrics to achieve success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential customers and suppliers.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong safety focus including comprehensive understanding of C.O.R.
  • Previous supervisory and teamwork experience, ideally within a close team environment
  • Demonstrated experience with managing timeframes.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage operational demands and multi skilling.
  • MR or HR Truck license
  • High Risk Work license (forklift)
