What this opportunity involves:

As the Receptionist, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to all staff and visitors of our client, a global investment management firm.

Ensure a seamless, welcoming and professional experience for all stakeholders and represent the JLL and client brand to the highest standard.

An Overview of the role:

Always provide excellent customer service

Ensure all requests and enquiries are actioned in a prompt and accurate manner

Phone switchboard operation

Update online and phone directory and systems

Register visitors and issues access passes for staff and visitors

Set up of meeting rooms and event spaces for training, conferences etc

Ensure tenancy is appropriately stocked with supplies

Liaison with facilities staff to ensure after hours functions are live

Conference and meeting room scheduling support
