What this job involves

We are looking for a Concierge to join our Government client In this role, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end customer service through each interaction.

You will proactively approach queries and complaints and work to find solutions. You will create a welcoming and professional service within our client's buildings, including the provision of information and directions as appropriate


A snapshot of the role:

Provide a holistic "customer service experience" to staff and visitors in the buildings.
Assist in the set-up of audio-visual equipment within the Conference Centre, as required
Where necessary, assist and support staff and/or visitors/contractors in emergency situations in accordance with site operating procedures
Liaise with security guards as required in relation to relevant issues in consultation with Site Supervisor
As required, notify defects issues for managed areas to the Property Help Desk by logging work orders on Corrigo and informing Site Supervisor where possible
Assist staff with queries in relation to facilities management services and amenities within the building

You'll have some experience working either in a hospitality, or service delivery role & you'll bring your strong 'Customer Service A-Game' to JLL.

You will be willing to learn and have a 'can do' attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
You are able to adopt a one-team attitude with all members of the extended Building Management team and partners.
