- Working with people with disability and families including from diversity groups (First Nations, Culturally and Linguistically Diverse and LGBTIQA+) to assist them to access, prepare and benefit from the NDIS
- Leading, developing and implementing local projects in collaboration with community stakeholders
- Demonstrated relevant experience and or lived experience with people with disability or First Nations or CaLD or LGBTIQA+
- The experience to assist people with disability to identify and achieve the positive outcomes and community links they desire.
- The commitment and ability to work with local stakeholders to undertake community projects
- The ability (or interest) to give virtual and group presentations
- Demonstrated computer skills including capability with Microsoft Office 365
