- Monitoring the GMs reporting emails and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of the General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms
- Answering and routing incoming telephone calls
- Responding to enquires for VIP clients at Park Hyatt Sydney
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the General Manager or Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms may require
- Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong time management
- well organised with a strong commitment to maintaining a controlled working environment
- Preferable knowledge of Travel/Hotel Industry
