About the role:Located at the Aminya Retirement Village in Baulkham Hills, the much-loved Terrace Café is looking for an experienced Café All Rounder to join the team on a casual basis.

Reporting to the Village Manager, the Café All Rounder will ensure the café runs smoothly by assisting wherever required.

This exciting opportunity will see you interacting with people regularly, so a friendly positive attitude, and strong customer service skills are paramount.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

Previous café and/or barista experience
essential
Experience in food preparation and handling
Impeccable customer services skills
Supportive with a "can do" attitude
POS/cash handling experience essential
Confident with the ability to multitask in a highpressure environment
Warm and welcoming disposition and empathy for older people
Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's purpose, vision and value
Available Wednesday & Thursday 10am 2pm
Flexibility to work Monday or Tuesday to cover any additional leave
