About the role

The Pathways Team Leader provides team leadership, supporting the team to provide integrated, holistic wrap around support, to work alongside vulnerable/marginalized communities.

The role includes Hub oversight of a multidisciplinary team, including students, and volunteers.

Degree or Diploma in Community Services, Counselling, Social Work, or related field
Minimum of three (3) years working in a Counselling &/or communitybased Case Worker role
Mental Health First Aid accreditation, Trauma Informed Care training (or willingness to participate in training)
Child Protection training / knowledge / experience
Hold a current Working with Children Check
Ability to work within an integrated approach that is person centred and includes strengths base, narrative
Experience working with and understanding the issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander First peoples
Experience working with women from CALD backgrounds (sex workers, DV, LGBT+ communities) or individuals who may be experiencing complex concerns
Current NSW Drivers Licence
