About the role
we currently have an opportunity for Team leader to join our caring and supportive team based in Dandenong
Your main duties will include:
Work within the professional and legal boundaries of an Enrolled Nurse
Provide clinical/nursing duties as delegated by the Manager
Participate in care planning and assessments as directed the Clinical Care Coordinator/Care Coordinator or Registered Nurse
Take an active role in attending to care related duties
Engage in collaborative practice to achieve positive outcomes for the resident
Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services as directed by the Registered Nurse to meet individual resident needs
Coordinate communication between the care staff, Registered Nurses and relevant health professionals to ensure continuity of care to the residents.
This is achieved by ensuring discharge summary admission notes and other correspondence are included in handover and communicated to residents, families and relevant staff as required.

AHPRA Registration
Medication Endorsement
Demonstrated leadership capability
Strong communication, negotiation and influencing ability

Demonstrated high standard of verbal and written communication skills
