Monday - Friday, PM Shift

Our Client is looking to add a Transport Allocator to their high performing team. Join a fun, busy, supportive team and learn from highly experienced leaders. You will be responsible for allocating transport across local metro runs and some regional locations. Your role will be fast paced and require effective communication across the delivery network to ensure transport efficiencies.


Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of all customer enquiries
  • Completion of tasks as designated by Site Manager
  • Monitor and plan for full utilisation of all fleet
  • Allocation of the appropriate fleet to complete the assigned deliveries
  • Data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Place bookings into transport management system from incoming client calls

To be successful you will posses the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Proven experience in a fast paced transport role
  • Allocations experience
  • Excel capabilities
  • Superior communication skills
  • Self starter who can work alone and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and juggle conflicting tasks under pressure
