About the client

Our client are a diversified engineering and fabrication company with a track record of completing major industrial projects in the Defence, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

They provide steel fabrication services, specialist pipe welding and bending and speciality project management. They are currently seeking an experienced

Payroll Officer for a 6 week contract based at their location in the North of Adelaide.


Key Points of Interest

  • Daily posting of timesheets
  • Checking hours are allocated correctly based on EBA terms
  • Preparing, completing and posting of payroll to Pronto
  • Generating bank payment files for approval
  • Adding employees to the payroll system if required
  • Completing and preparing of payment files as required
  • Assist Payroll Department with other duties as required
- $45 per hour + super

  • 6 week contract
  • 3 weeks working 3 days/week, then 5 days/week for remaining 3 weeks
  • Previous payroll experience is necessary
  • Previous experience in Pronto is highly preferable
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
