The College is seeking a motivated and highly organised person to assist and support the Principal in the execution of their duties and to relieve the Principal of day-to-day duties to ensure their time can be used effectively to lead the College.

This is a permanent full-time (1.0 FTE), Term Time Only opportunity to commence in Term


Responsibilities related to this position include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANCE: Coordination of the Principal's diary including forward planning on a yearly, term by term and weekly and daily basis. Initiation of ideas for the Principal's approval that will assist in their work, particularly in the case of corresponding with parents, students and staff, drafting of correspondence, and undertaking research and collating of data for reports.

LIAISON:Ensuring the Principal is briefed at all times regarding any staff, parent or student issues, whilst maintaining confidentiality and using tact and professional communication to coordinate meetings with a variety of people in relation to issues raised, concerns or grievances.

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT: Ensuring effective organisational structures and systems are in place to facilitate the coordination of activities and events, manage archiving and correspondence, arranging meetings for Council, compiling agendas and minutes as required, preparation of reports.

SERVICE DELIVERY:Ensuring a warm, friendly, positive and helpful professional demeanour all times.


The successful applicant will have:


  • Completion of Year 12 or relevant equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of four years in a senior support/secretarial role (or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit.
  • Current National Police Clearance and a Working with Children card (WWC).
  • Commitment to providing students with a safe, supportive and respectful environment.
