Our Client is seeking an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Project Manager to play a pivotal role in a HRIS (Human Resource Information System) transformation project.

You will utilize your expertise to enhance and support the decision-making process for a new Oracle Cloud HCM solution.

The People & Culture CORE (PCC) project aims to transform and modernize the service delivery for Payroll, Core HR, Benefits and Time Management functions by implementing Oracle HCM Cloud. The new solution will deliver comprehensive functionalities to centralize People & Culture (P&C) data, optimize processes, offer relevant user-friendly features, and execute effective controls to support cybersecurity and data privacy compliance. The project has recently completed a competitive procurement process, and Oracle HCM Cloud has been identified as the lead software solution.

The project is currently in the planning stage of implementation and projected start date will be June 24, 2024. The implementation phase is expected to conclude within eighteen (18) months. This is a full time project.

This is a hybrid position, and the successful candidate MUST be located in either the Greater Victoria Area or the Greater Vancouver Area.

Skills Oracle HCM Type Contract Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Qualifications The Oracle HCM specialist for this project will have: · Bachelor's degree in information technology, sciences, engineering, human resources, or other related field and/ or 10 + years of related work experience. · Minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years implementing some combination of Oracle HCM modules such as CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and Recruitment. · Minimum of 3 successfully delivered full implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud as Functional SME or similar roles · Must have hands-on experience with payroll and human capital management systems · Must have Oracle HCM Processes and System knowledge · Experience in HCM Extracts, Oracle Cloud data loaders (HDL and spreadsheet loader), BI Publisher and OCI integration services · Proven analytical skills and systematic problem-solving. · Ability to develop new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Experience reporting to senior leadership · A demonstrated ability to manage, mentor and collaborate with more junior staff · Must have an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management Certification · Must have experience implementing large software projects in a large organization (500+ employees) in the public sector, preferably with crown corporations. · Must have experience collaborating on business process enhancements. · Asset to have a Payroll Certification (CPP, FPC, CPM etc.) · Asset to have a project management certification (PMP or Prince2) · Asset to have experience implementing position management in a large organization (500+ employees)
