The Company

2023 is the year when the efforts made in prior years by world class organisations to focus on Employee Experience more than doubled.

There is clear evidence that partnering with and genuinely caring for their staff is one of the key drivers of retention, loyalty, satisfaction and long term success.

With a global footprint in the HCM vertical, my client is a front runner in the deployment of enterprise Payroll systems that deliver on all the vital components of the overall Employee Experience, Expectedly, they are undergoing a massive wave of expansion, with Asia Pacific being one of the fastest growth regions.

Because of this growth, the Payroll consulting team now has the opportunity to add to their staff, who are ultimately responsible for their clients "go-live" from day one

The Opportunity
The Business Consultant truly "dives" in all the stages of the design and deployment lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live education)

You will be very well acquainted with the client's business and technical needs, have impeccable customer relationships throughout and after the go live date, support associates as they gain increased expertise, and highlight unforeseen risks to the PM.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide platform implementation and followon delivery of consulting services via enterprisegrade methodologies and processes
  • Documentation and validation of client requirements, whilst researching service options available within the platform
  • Deploy the configuration elements needed to deliver on the 'promise to the client', also including data integration, migration tasks, parallel runs.
  • Drive system implementation updates and consulting services after golive
  • Be a center of competence for specific functional areas to internal and external users, disseminating platform knowledge to customers via education sessions and workshops
  • Have solid documentation of the solutions being deployed, contributing to the overall business, including presales, project management and other stakeholders
  • Work directly with third party vendors where required to provide total solutions to clients 360 relationship management

Key Essentials for this role:

  • 3 years + experience working in the HCM / Payroll space, ideally in a consulting capacity.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems that reside in SaaS / Cloud computing environments. Having experience with ADP, Kronos, Frontier, SuccessFactors, Ascender, PeopleSoft, JDA, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, will be well regarded
  • Displaying the people and organisation skills expected of seasoned clientfacing professionals: managing priorities, being able to communicate, collaborate and 'do what you say you will do'.
  • Being motivated and methodical to work with mínimal supervision. The consultant's role is a highly autonomous position
