    Description

    My client is searching for a Change Manager to support a technology transformation program of work.

    You will support a team that is focused on the transformation of how they integrate digital services and establish set standards.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with Business Change Managers and Change Champions to develop effective change management and communication strategies
    • Engage stakeholders effectively to influence the required change outcomes
    • Conduct assessments to determine organisational change readiness
    • Provide deliverables in alignment with program/project schedules

    Requirements:

    • The successful candidate must have prior experience with supporting technology based projects
    • Recognised change management methodologies and tools within an enterprise scale environment.
    • Prior experience with integration projects is also beneficial but not required.
    • Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
