They've taken our legacy success and transformed it into an extraordinary SaaS platform to support SME and Enterprise businesses in ways they never knew they needed. By joining the Tech team, you'll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.

    The opportunity:
    We are looking for our next legend to join our Customer Relationship Management team As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will play an important part in the management and maintenance of our services, specifically the services that allow MYOB to know who our customers are and make sure we're giving them good service.

    What you will bring:
    A curious and helpful attitude is our number one requirement. You should be asking questions and trying to understand a complex environment. Some experience in systems administration across the Microsoft server and application stack. We don't require all of these but any two of the following would help:
    - Patching and security of Windows systems
    - Monitoring and alerting for systems
    - PowerShell scripting
    - Windows Server deployment and management
    - Networking, administration and architecture
    - AWS and related technologies

    Advantageous Knowledge & Skills
    - VMWare tooling
    - MS Exchange and SMTP related technologies

    Soft Skills
    You will need to able to thrive in an Agile, fast paced work environment that brings together lean philosophies with the delivery of highly reliable infrastructure. Key capabilities include:
    - Love sharing your knowledge and skills to help mature and educate the wider CRM team.
    - Have a passion for ensuring the best outcomes for both our internal and external customers
