Leaders in design innovation and service excellence, this Global Textiles Manufacturing & Interior Design Company work with leading Architects and Designers to service the Australian commercial and residential sectors.
With parent companies based in the US and Denmark, the Australian business is head quartered in Sydney and operates in Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
The Role:
The role is for someone who enjoys managing a team, improving processes and supporting business operations and brand awareness
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a team of
- Conduct one to one meetings and guide team on how to increase profitability.
- Ensure that all team members are providing an excellent level of customer service
- Work with stakeholders to implement strategies to minimise errors
- Suggest and implement strategies to improve operational efficiencies
- Suggest process improvement initiatives to elevate the level of customer service
- Run and manage the showroom including tidiness and upkeep of the space.
- Manage showroom meetings
To Be Successful:
- Previous experience leading a team
- Demonstrable experience suggesting and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement skills
- Team player with the ability to up skill and problem solve
