Receptionist.

This position has the scope to grow within the team, creating many possible pathways for your future.

Ray White Burleigh Group are invested in your development and will provide training and support for you to learn and to succeed.

You will become an integral part of this innovative and progressive team as the business continues to thrive and succeed.

Whilst administration experience is highly desired, however, if you have transferable and relevant skills & experience and you can demonstrate how they relate to real estate and administration, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Your duties will include:

Director of first impressions;
Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
Maintain general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms;
Process and distribute all invoices, quotes etc;
Office stationery and stocktake management;
Assist with general daytoday running of the office;
Scheduling general office maintenance when needed; and
Upholding professional standards;

To succeed in this role you'll have...

An exceptional customer service ethos;
Process driven with a strong attention to detail;
A focused, driven and motivated personality;
A real estate certificate of registration or license (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
Previous real estate experience (highly desired but not essential);
Previous experience in a similar role is a must;

Ability to work effectively under pressure;
High level problem solving skills;
High level personal presentation;
Strong communication skills;
Professional phone manner;
Data entry experience;
Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
Strong computer skill set;
