Previous property management experience is highly desired and advantageous, however, we are also interested in individuals who have the right attitude.

Your duties will include:

Delivering exceptional customer service;
Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
Managing rental arrears;
Open homes as required;
Routine inspections;
Outgoing inspections;
Maintenance requests;
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
Issuing breach notices as required; and
Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions.

To succeed in this role you'll have

Previous property management experience and/or client management experience;
A current Real Estate Licence/Certificate Of Registration;
Exceptional customer service skills;
Excellent communication skills;
High levels of professionalism;
Be process driven with a strong attention to detail;
Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
Possess exceptional follow up;
A team player;
Punctual;
Forward thinking; and
A valid drivers licence.
