Key Responsibilities:


  • Source top talent for temporary & contracting roles via job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage endtoend recruitment process, from client briefs to job offers.
  • Negotiate pay rates and contract terms.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, WH&S inspections, and company policies.
  • Exceed KPIs to maximize earning potential and build a strong commission annuity.

Qualifications and Attributes:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationshipbuilding.
  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of target achievement.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry trends.
  • Recruitment Consultant experience preferred but not essential.
