The Company:

***Our client is a high-end boutique agency servicing both residential and commercial/industrial property markets.

They offer premium advisory services, and have a proven track record of Commercial Sales, Leasing, Portfolio/Asset Management.


The team is looking for an Administration Assistant to assist with important administrative tasks across all areas of the office.


Currently in a growth phase, they are hoping to find someone who is enthusiastic about starting a career in the property industry.

The Role:


  • Manage the administration of a highvolume, growing portfolio
  • Manage the administration tasks for the sales and leasing agents
  • Assisting in adhoc administrative duties
  • Upkeep and rollout of property management software such as VaultRE and Re-Leased
  • Website maintenance and online marketing duties
  • Auditing of online properties and database entries
  • Maintain and manage accurate data
  • Assist in reaching office KPI's

Ideal Skills/Experience

  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and high regard for quality standards

Must have or is completing their real estate certification:

  • Ability to prioritise and organise a high-volume work program
  • Adaptability
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight, operational, and financial deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be open to career growth and movement within the business
