With over 60 years of industry experience and product knowledge, Kenway & Clark are proud of to sell quality products and provide a reliable aftersales service on our customer's farm machinery and equipment. To see that this level of service continues we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager for our Tamworth dealership. We are passionate about our work and are committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

About the Position

As the Operations Manager, you will be supported by the CEO and divisional managers on the day-to-day running of the dealership, ensuring the business is meeting its targets and customers agricultural farm machinery needs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all service standards are met.

The successful candidate will have proven operations management experience, or experience in a similar senior management role. They will be a strong communicator and team player, with a passion for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
