An exciting opportunity is available for a Mine Site Representative in the Gunnedah Basin to join the Tamworth team!

• Position Summary: Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is based in the Gunnedah Region, providing support to global mining customers within the Gunnedah Basin.
• The Tamworth operations team supports a growing HHP engine population across multiple sites operated by key mining customers.
• This role involves managing crucial relationships with customers and serving as the primary point of contact for various types of support.
• The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, customer-focused, and possess advanced analytical skills.
• Key responsibilities include providing application support, maintenance advice, and technical diagnostic support for customer repairs.
• Skills & experience required: at least two years of experience post-trade qualification, proficiency in working on Cummins HHP engines, strong interpersonal skills, and good computer skills.
• Location: Tamworth, Logistics Avenue, Australia.
