    Description

    Project, Program, Portfolio and/or PMO Managers in State or Federal Government
    If you're interested in building and leading teams that work on business-led transformation initiatives that include policy, process, regulatory, workforce, data, and digital change, we are keen to hear from you.

    • Ability to design, engage with and support robust governance and business-led transformation;
    • A commitment to quality, shared success, and unquestionable integrity;
    • Critical thinking, strategic capability and a growth mindset;
    • Initiative, coupled with the maturity and self-awareness to know when to step back to enable others to grow and shine;
    • Industry recognised project management, program management or related qualifications;
    • Experience working in an Australian Government environment, whether as a public sector employee or contracting to an Australian Government or State/Territory Government entity; and
    • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with your client, team, peers, leaders, and others.

    Security
    Due to the nature of Synergy's work and clients, you must be an Australian Citizen and hold or be able to hold an Australian Government security clearance Baseline (minimum).
