Description
Initial 24 month contract, likely to be extended further.- Flexible working arrangements including WFH 2 days per week.
- Daily rate based on experience, ranging up to $1000 + Super daily.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
Further your professional skills and experience and manage an iconic project that is widely expected to receive national acclaim for being one of the first of it's kind.
Create a design brief and roll out a design competition aimed at generating bids from the strongest Architecture firms who are looking to secure the architecture contract of the project.
Manage key stakeholders throughout the process while taking a $100mil project from design development through to completion.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to establish project parameters and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and statutory requirements.
- Lead the decision making on architectural design and construction issues.
- Manage project consultants, design and documentation consultants.
- Oversee works performed to ensure performance adheres to agreed standards of quality, timeframes and budgets.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Design.
- Proven senior leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Ability to work successfully with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, possess highlevel analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highlevel interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
