People2people are proud to be recruiting for a full-time permanent position as a Customer Relations Specialist for a well reputable organisation that specialises in distributing and providing automotive parts.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interface with Parts & Service personnel to effect satisfactory resolution of customer issues as they arise.
  • Administer and maintain any recall campaign data in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager and Aftersales Team.
  • Assist with any escalated customer relations issues including preparation of responses and assistance with any legal issues arising.
  • Maintain an organised file system of customer and manufacturer correspondence.
  • Provide relief coverage of corporate reception desk.
  • Responsible for daytoday data processing, handling customer CSI returns and owner issues.
  • Has previous experience in a similar field
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can manage time well while multitasking
  • Has a strong work ethic
