$80-$100 p.h + super

Work as an Employee Relations Advisor for a not-for-profit organisation. Immediate start for a 4-6 week assignment.

Located in Melbourne CBD 3000 and offering flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement.

The Role:

Provide advice and answers to Senior Management in relation to employee queries about redundancies and redeployment
Ensure compliance with legal obligations

About You:

Previous experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience providing Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advise, specifically with redundancies is essential
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work alongside senior management to assess needs and respond to queries
