The Calile, BrisbaneKemlo's extensive background includes 14 years at Crown Resorts , where he garnered a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business excellence. His leadership roles at luxury properties such as Crown Towers Sydney and Crown Melbourne have prepared him well for the challenges and opportunities at The Calile.
"My job will be to take a guest approach, people approach, and a business approach to make sure we have the right systems and operational processes in place," Kemlo explained. "This, in turn, will further enhance the already highly regarded guest experience and take us to the next level."
