    Description

    One of Australia's leading Big4 Banks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siebel Technical Lead to join a multi-year transformation of the core customer tech stack.

    You will utilise your skills and experience in CRM systems development, and expertise in Siebel UCM to deliver group critical projects that support digital and staff facing application across the bank.

    Day to day you will...

    • Ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes at Westpac for regulatory compliance.
    • Apply system expertise to inform Architecture and Solutions Design for optimal solutions.
    • Consult with the wider IT community to enhance solution quality and robustness.
    • Deliver accurate cost estimates for project design and development phases.
    • Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex service issues across infrastructure and applications.
    • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders in complex project environments.

    We are looking for...

    • 10 + years of software development experience, working on CRM systems development, support, maintenance and integrations.
    • Proficiency in Oracle Customer Hub and an in-depth understanding of Siebel's UCM functionality, including data modelling, configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
    • Expertise in Informatica: Strong command over Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud for data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data quality management.
    • Experience in integrating Siebel applications with other systems, databases, and third-party applications using various integration techniques like web services, EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), and ETL tools.
    • Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL for data storage, retrieval, and manipulation within the Siebel environment.
    • Ability to write scripts (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts) and automate tasks to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
    • Skills in optimizing the performance of Siebel applications and Informatica workflows through tuning database queries, application configurations, and ETL processes.
    • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, including application errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
    • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and practices, particularly in the context of Siebel applications and customer data management.
    • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for managing customer information securely and ethically.
