Objectives- Leadership and Prioritisation: Ability to lead, direct, and prioritise work for operational results

  • Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of technology products and solutions relevant to RBA or similar organisation- Server and

Software Management:
Expertise in planning, designing, testing, and implementing server and operating systems

  • Software Updates and Security:
Analysing, recommending, and managing software changes, including upgrades, security features, and patches.- Process Improvements and

Roadmap Support:
Actively seeking process enhancements, ensuring security measures, and supporting the Bank's technology roadmap

  • Project Leadership:

Lead technical security projects from inception to completion, overseeing phases such as planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and coordination.

Technical Capabilities- Desktop Management: Advanced deployment and management skills for Windows management tools, such as Intune, Active Directory and MECM

  • Azure Security Knowledge:
Extensive understanding of Azure security features, including device policies, conditional access, threat protection, and identity-based controls

  • Operating System Deployment:
Expertise in deploying and managing Windows 11 through OSD processes

  • Patch Management Skills:
Ability to manage software updates and patches effectively. Keeping systems up to date with the latest security fixes is critical for minimising vulnerabilities.- Virtual Environment Management: Extensive experience configuring and managing virtual environments using products like Azure and Citrix

  • Security Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of products such as Windows Defender, proficiency in configuring real-time protection and baselines.
